As a registered Rider, you receive two complimentary tickets to the Kickoff Party presented by Adcom. Your tickets to the celebration will be emailed to you at the address you used at time of registration via Big Tickets, the ticket platform for VeloSano Bike to Cure.
Tickets must be presented for entry to the Mall B venue on Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Your two tickets will be emailed to you digitally from support@bigtickets.com with the subject line “VeloSano Bike to Cure Weekend – Ticket Delivery”. Open the email and click the “Download Tickets” button to access your tickets. You may also choose to add them to your Apple or Google digital wallet.
It’s that easy! There is no need to create an account or download an app. Tickets will be PDF files or stored in your phone’s digital wallet. We encourage you to stay green and present the tickets on your mobile device, however, printouts will be accepted.
Using the same email for multiple participant records?
Riders who have multiple registrations associated with their one email address will receive multiple emails with Kickoff Party Tickets. Each Rider will receive two tickets, and those will all be sent to the one email used at the time of registration.
Additional tickets to the Kickoff Party may be purchased; $25 for adults,
$10 for children 6-12, free for children 5 and under.
Food & beverage guest passes for Saturday, September 6 will also be available for purchase.

Access to download Rider tickets is sent from support@bigtickets.com to the same email address you used when registering for the event. No account creation or app download is required.
